Discover our new cancellation option: the Serenity Option
The Serenity Option is a cancellation option that covers all reasons for cancellation and allows you to benefit from a refund. It replaces our previous cancellation option, at an even better price! No proof of cancellation is required. A simple e-mail is all you need to be reimbursed.Terms and conditions of the Serenity Option :
The cost of the Serenity Option is € 12 per night for rental accommodations and € 7 per night for pitches. The option must be taken out at the time of booking and paid at the same time as the deposit. The guarantee takes effect as soon as the serenity option is taken out and ends the day before arrival. When you cancel your booking, you will be asked to send us an email in order to proceed with the refund.Refund of your stay with the Serenity Option :
The amount of the stay already paid* will be completely refunded up to 30 days before the date of arrival. From the 30th day before your arrival, a cancellation fee will be deducted in addition to the € 20 booking fee and the total amount of the Serenity Option:- 30% of the total cost of your stay if you cancel between 30 and 21 days before your scheduled arrival date;
- 50% of the price of the stay for cancellations made between 20 and 8 days before the scheduled arrival date;
- 80% of the total cost of your stay if you cancel between 7 days and 1 day before your scheduled arrival date;
- 100% of the price of the stay on the day of arrival.
