You are welcome to arrive from 2 p.m. for pitches and from 4 p.m. for our accommodations.
Let the holiday begin! ☀️
Arriving late on the first day of your stay? No worries! You can let the reception know until 6 p.m. during low season and 8 p.m. in high season. After these hours, a personalised envelope containing all the details to find your accommodation or pitch will be waiting for you at the campsite bar.
As the gates close at 10 p.m., we kindly ask you to park your vehicle in the campsite car park. Electric hook-ups are available for our caravan and motorhome guests.
Please stop by the reception the following day to complete your check-in, collect your wristbands and start your holiday with total peace of mind! ☀️🚗🏕️
Complete all the administrative formalities before your arrival to benefit from fast check-in and gain quicker access to your pitch/accommodation on arrival. ✅
10 days before your arrival, you will receive an email inviting you to opt for fast check-in.
To do this
- All the information requested in your personal space must have been completed
- Your stay must be paid for in full
Log on to your customer account (see questions 67 to 69) on the campsite website. Fill in the details of your vehicle and the people taking part in your holiday, pay the balance of your holiday and any options you would like to add, and confirm.
This will save you time on arrival. Proceed to the dedicated ‘fast check-in’ desk. You’ll be given a welcome booklet and cashless wristbands. You can then proceed straight to your pitch/accommodation.

If you notice any technical problem or missing items from the inventory, please do not hesitate to inform the reception. Our team will be happy to help resolve any problems or provide any missing items to ensure that your stay runs smoothly.
There’s a car park at the campsite entrance, but here’s the good news – you can also park your car right on your pitch throughout your stay.
For the safety of the little ones, one vehicle is allowed and included. If you need to add a second vehicle, it is possible with an additional cost. 🚗🏕️👨👩👧👦
If you are staying in an accommodation, check-out is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the latest. As for the pitches, they must be vacated before 12 p.m.
Before you leave, please stop by the reception to return your wristbands and, if you stayed in an accommodation, your keys. If you were on a pitch, just let us know it has been vacated.
It’s also a chance to have a quick chat, hear about your stay and give you a warm farewell before you head off to new adventures! 🚗🗝️👋
If you plan to leave early due to a long journey ahead, just inform the reception the day before.
The gates open at 7:30 a.m., you can park your car in the campsite car park before 10 p.m. on the night prior to your departure.
Before saying goodbye, remember to drop your accommodation keys and wristbands into the wooden letterbox outside reception! 📬 🗝️
We can provide you with availability and send you a quote. However, we cannot hold the pitch or accommodation as every reservation needs to be confirmed through a firm commitment and payment of a deposit.

For pitches, arrival and departure days are always free, in both high and low season.
For accommodation, they are free during the low season, but fixed during the high season, from mid-July to the end of August. These days vary between Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, depending on the type of accommodation you’re looking for. Feel free to play around with the dates to find the holiday that suits you best.

The price of your booking includes access to the swimming pool, entertainment, and all campsite facilities (sanitary blocks, playgrounds, sports fields, inflatable games).
The Kids Club is free of charge. Only activities outside the campsite are payable (tree-top adventure, paintball, surfing).
Private use of the spa and treatments, as well as pony rides, are charged separately.
Food and drinks at our restaurant, bar, or snack bar, purchases at the grocery store, and bike rentals are at your own expense.
On the campsite, you can pay by credit card or with our cashless wristband system (rechargeable by card or in cash at reception).
You can choose the options you want when you make your booking or send us an email to let us know which options you would like to add.
As we know that packing your bags without forgetting anything is not that easy, here are the options we offer:
- Bed linen and towel hire to lighten your luggage. ✨
- Cancellation option for peace of mind when booking and Guaranteed Preference option to secure your choice of location. ✅
- If you are travelling with a young child, don’t worry, we can prepare your mobile home with everything you need for your baby: high chair, travel cot, bed guard or even the complete pack (high chair, cot and bath). Please note that the option to add a cot to the master bedroom will depend on the type of accommodation you wish to rent. 🍼👶
- For those seeking total relaxation, we’ve thought of everything: beds made on arrival, final cleaning, sun loungers, or even breakfast delivered every morning. 🥐☀️
The little extra at Camping Village de la Guyonnière: Safari Lodge and Cottage Premium accommodations include bed linen for stays of 7 nights or more.
For the Wild Spirit, beds are made upon arrival, and towels as well as final cleaning are included for stays of 7 nights or more.
For the Zen Spa accommodations, made beds, towels, and breakfast are included for stays of 7 nights or more.
In these cases, there is no need to add these options to your booking, we take care of everything for you.
You will find duvets in the following accommodations: Zen Spa, Safari Lodge, Woody Lodge, Cottage Premium, Cottage Confort, and Cottage Sensory Disabilities:
- 200×240 cm for 2 pers.
- 140×200 cm for 1 pers.
In Cottage, Cottage Duo, Cottage for Persons with Reduced Mobility, and Chalet accommodations, you will find blankets:

The campsite has to ensure that the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded.
Of course, your little ones are considered people, so don’t forget to add them to your booking. 🍼👶
Our Standard pitches include electricity and a water point close to the pitch. They’re perfect for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of nature.
And for an even more comfortable stay, our Premium pitches include electricity, a water point and a drainage system on the pitch.
Practical tip 💡 : During your stay, remember to bring a CEE (European plug) male adaptor and a EU to UK plug adapter so you can plug in without worry 🔌
Why bring extra equipment with you when you can simply add a small fridge, or even a barbecue, directly to your booking?
For those who want the ultimate in comfort, opt for our Premium Pack: fridge, barbecue and garden furniture (6 chairs). This will be delivered to your pitch just before your arrival. ✅
Don’t forget to add the cancellation option for peace of mind when booking, and the Guaranteed Preference option so you can choose your pitch. ✨
To spare our tent and folding caravan campers the early wake-up and the rush of packing, we provide the option for you to spend your final night, at no additional cost, in one of our three dormitories accommodating up to 6 people. It’s the ideal way to spend a peaceful night before the journey home.
If you would like to book the dormitory, you can :

We allow a maximum of 6 people on our camping pitches, including mini-campers (your children and babies).

When you book, please indicate the exact number of people who will be staying with you, regardless of the number included in the initial rate.
We want to make sure that every person is counted so that everyone has a great experience.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, you cannot book a tent pitch for a camper van or caravan. These pitches are not suitable for this type of equipment.
Our Standard and Premium pitches, on the other hand, are specially designed to accommodate your caravan or motorhome with complete ease.
Camping with a disability can be challenging. At Camping Village de la Guyonnière, we have held the “Tourisme et Handicap” label since 2017. We have put everything in place so that you can enjoy a carefree holiday.
We have flat pitches close to services, toilet blocks with adapted cabins, and even two accommodations specially designed for people with reduced mobility, as well as two others adapted for sensory disabilities (visually impaired and hearing impaired).
Want to relax in our pool area? No problem. We have a wheelchair-accessible launch system.
What’s more, all our services are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
We want your holiday to be as enjoyable as possible, whatever challenges you may encounter. 🦽🏕️🌟
Of course, our 4-legged friends are welcome on our pitches and in our Cottages 6 pers – animals accepted (with the exception of 1st and 2nd category dogs: tosa-inu, terriers, pit bulls and rottweilers).
Every member of the family should be able to make the most of their holiday. 😉🐾
On the campsite, you’ll find 3 gates giving express access to Lac du Jaunay. Your dog can walk around the lake, but please note that swimming is not allowed!
However, he will have a ton of natural space to stretch his legs and decompress too during his holiday at our campsite! 🌳🐶✨
To make sure your faithful companion has a wonderful holiday, make sure his vaccinations are up to date.
On your pitch, if he’s calm, well-trained and stays next to you, we’ll tolerate him not being tied up, but in the campsite, the leash is required

Our pools are heated to 28°C and are open throughout the campsite’s opening season, so you can relax and enjoy a swim whenever you like 🌺
Our water park has been designed to please young and old alike.
You will find 4 slides, a hydromassage river, swan-neck showers and even a lazy river. Lots of fun and relaxation for all the family! 👨👩👧👦
Enjoy the pool in all seasons. Our water park is yours for the duration of the campsite’s opening days. Don’t forget to wear your wristbands, your pass to access our water park. 🏊♂️✨
Ready to make a splash at the pool? We just ask that your swim shorts fall above the knee. 🩳
Only holidaymakers staying at Camping Village de la Guyonnière can use the swimming pool. 🌟🏊♀️
Just a few minutes’ drive from our campsite, you’ll find the magnificent beaches of the coast: 10 minutes drive for Brétignolles-sur-Mer and 20 minutes for Saint-Gilles -Croix-de-Vie.
The “Plage des Dunes” in Brétignolles-sur-Mer offers a vast stretch of fine sand, ideal for water sports.
You can also explore the “Grande Plage” at Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. There you’ll find café terraces and restaurants for a refreshing break after a sunny day 🌞
These beaches have car parks, making them ideal for visitors by car.
If you’re feeling more adventurous, you can also reach the beaches by bicycle.
Once on the sand, enjoy a moment of comfort after your exertions! 🏖️🚴♂️
A typical day in May, June and September starts with the unmissable tractor ride at 10:00 am, followed by the Kids Club at 10:30 am.
In the afternoon, various fun and sports activities are organised.
At 7:00 pm, it’s time for the must-have mini disco for the children!
In the evening, entertainment is offered at the bar (live concert, bingo, show, music quiz, karaoke, etc.).
All our facilities are open from the campsite’s opening day until closing day, including: the restaurant, the snack, the grocery store, the bar, the swimming pool, the Pony Club, bike rental and the Spa.
On site, you can rent different types of bikes, such as hybrid bikes, electric hybrid bikes and mountain bikes.
We offer models for all ages, from the youngest to the oldest, as well as child seats.
All that’s left to do is explore the beautiful Vendée trails at your own pace 🚴♂️
At Camping Village de la Guyonnière, we want everyone to be able to enjoy a delicious meal in our restaurant. That’s why our restaurant offers a range of vegetarian options.
If you have any other dietary preferences, please let our catering team know and they will be happy to adapt the menu to suit your needs. 🌱🍽️
We welcome an international clientele, which is why our entertainment programme is offered in three languages: French, Dutch and English.
Half of our animation team is French and the other half is Dutch.
We have everything planned to ensure your children enjoy days full of fun and adventure: Kids Club, Pony Club, playgrounds and the unmissable tractor ride 🚜🌈🐴
Our young campers can join the Kids Club from the age of 4, provided they are fully toilet trained and able to participate independently.

We organise a wide range of activities, including sports tournaments for the competitive ones, lively evening events for those who love to have fun, and discovery outings for the adventurous ones ⚽🎉🍃
For your booking to be taken into account, we will ask you to make a payment by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. Once the payment has been made, you’re ready to go on holiday!
You can pay the balance of your stay in several instalments free of charge, provided that the total amount is paid in full 4 weeks before your arrival. Choose the payment frequency and amount that suits you best.
To pay the balance of your stay, you have several options:
- By credit card directly on our website by accessing the “My account” area
- By bank transfer
Whatever your method of payment, make sure that everything is settled 4 weeks before the big day of your arrival!
To guarantee your stay, the full balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your arrival. No payment on site will be possible.
You will automatically receive an invoice for your stay when your payment is accepted. If you do not receive it, please contact our team or check your spam folder.
On the campsite, we accept bank cards, cash (only at reception), and Cashless payment: a very practical payment solution.
Cashless is faster, safer and easier!
When you arrive, you’ll be given a wristband fitted with a chip. To use it for the first time, simply load the chip at reception with the desired amount.
Then create an account on the guyonniere-cashless.inevents.fr website and enter each chip code that you will find on the back of your wristbands. This way you can keep track of your spending and recharge your wristbands at your convenience! At the end of your stay, any unspent euros can be reclaimed by making a request for a refund, simply by visiting the guyonniere-cashless.inevents.fr website.
Before saying goodbye to Camping Village de la Guyonnière, remember to return your wristbands to reception on your departure.👋💼
Vacation’s golden rule: unplug and enjoy!
But we understand the sanctity of sharing your holiday moments 😉 That’s why we provide free and accessible Wi-Fi across the entire campsite. Embrace it to the fullest!
We happily welcome visitors (with a small fee to be paid at reception upon arrival), but sorry, no splashing in the water park for them.
For personal belongings such as passports, valuables, etc., you can leave them at reception in a small secure locker provided for this purpose.
Large items cannot be accepted, but your important documents and valuables will be in safe hands 🗝️
We take care of your belongings so you can fully enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind!
Fancy firing up the grill? Charcoal and gas barbecues are welcome on the campsite, but please note that electric barbecues are not permitted.

If you take out the Serenity Option when you book, you can cancel your holiday without giving any reason and your holiday will be refunded.
For peace of mind: remember to select the cancellation option when you make your booking and pay for it at the same time as your deposit.
If you are still unsure, you have 7 days from the date of your booking to take out this option.

If you cancel your holiday without the cancellation option, you will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund.
To minimise the hassle, remember to add the cancellation option when you book.
When your first booking at the campsite is confirmed, an account is automatically created with your email address. 👤

You can:

If all information is complete before your arrival, you may qualify for fast check-in. ✅
